We are in the beginning of a great spiritual awakening. There is an increase in dreams, visions and prophetic revelation as God's Spirit is being poured out (Acts 2:17-18). The question is, what do you do with what you are hearing, seeing, and sensing? How to accurately discern, interpret, and apply prophetic revelation is vitally important to move with God’s Spirit in bringing impact and transformation in your sphere of influence.
God is calling His children into maturity through greater dependence on our ability to be led by His Spirit. We must fine-tune our "ears to hear" and keenly focus our "eyes to see" what Holy Spirit is doing. There is such creative power in the prophetic gifts, and we believe God is raising up a prophetic company of people to bring Kingdom impact in the arts and entertainment industry and innovation to business with the implementation of new systems and technology. All believers can embrace the creative power of God for personal, church, and worldwide transformation.
The School of the Prophetic will equip you by laying a strong foundation of the Word of God, being rooted in love, being secure in identity, and having a devoted presence-centered (or set apart) life. Such a life empowered by grace is one through which the prophetic can flow powerfully. We will activate, impart, and fan into flame the gifts inside you.
You are being raised up for such a time as this to advance the Kingdom of God with love, grace, and power!

Steven and Rene are a real father and mother in the prophetic, and their hearts are to raise up this next generation. From years of personal encounters with the Lord, earnest devotion in the Word, and mentorship from seasoned prophets of our day, the Springers have invaluable treasures of insight and experience to impart. They have raised up hundreds of people in the United States and across the globe not only to prophesy, but also to live prophetic lifestyles that continually release heaven on earth.

The Springers have a unique way of equipping. It’s more than teaching. It’s activation and impartation. It’s challenging dialogue. It’s the real thing, and it’s only the starting point. It’s a call to hear the voice of God personally and to let it transform our own hearts so we can then bring transformation to the world around us. And the foundation of it all is love.
Steven and Rene have been commissioned as Apostles by Che Ahn, C. Peter Wagner, and Bill Johnson with H.I.M. (Harvest International Ministries). They have been commissioned by Chuck Pierce with Global Spheres. They are also part of the Apostolic Counsel of Prophetic Elders (ACPE) with Cindy Jacobs. They serve as delegates of the Economic Summit with Arleen Westerhof. Steven is on the WIMN Apostolic Advisory Team with Patricia King.
Through relational connections with other prophets and leading prophetic voices around the world, the Springers draw from an amazing pool of resource through whom the students will also be equipped.
